Weald Park Garage - your local motorcycle MOT test centre in Brentwood

The law requires any vehicle used on the road to be tested on an annual basis. This is not limited to cars and commercial vehicles – motorcycles also need to be checked to ensure they are roadworthy.

A motorcycle MOT will look at certain components on your motorbike to check that they meet the key legal minimum roadworthiness requirements.

The following items will be checked during your motorbike's annual MOT:

  • Fuel system
  • Horn & Clutch lever
  • VIN & Throttle
  • Steering & suspension
  • Brakes & Lights
  • Wheels & tyres
  • Footrest & Frame
  • Drive chain & sprocket

  • Wheel alignment
  • Registration plate
  • Seat & Sidecar (if fitted)

We are fully accredited to carry out MOTs on:
